Elegant Inspirations

Just the Ceremony (Rehearsal Included) - $400.00
Your bridal assistant is a professional wedding coordinator that helps
to plan and direct your wedding rehearsal and ceremony and help set up/break down the ceremony site. This package includes two planning meetings for ceremony aspects and design.  (Reception is not included)

Design, Decor, Rental & Set up - $750.00
   This custom service helps the couple design and create centerpieces,
as well as other details that will bring the wedding together, making it unique to the couple.  There are a number of factors to consider when you create a memorable experience for you and your guests. We can help create an overall style that will impact guests from the moment they walk through the door until you say goodbye.  Be sure to also check out our unique selection of accent decor rentals to help create your vision. 

    We will create centerpieces, deliver, set up/ break down, and return all of the decor items used or rented.  Also included in this package:

  • Color palette selection or fine tuning
  • Management of design-related vendors
  • Inspiration boards and design sketches
  • Mock table set up
  • Venue layout
  • Securing required rentals

    I was reminded a couple weeks ago of how absolutely amazing Nicole from Elegant Inspirations is at wedding coordination. I recommended her for my sister in law's wedding and was just as impressed with her at that wedding as I was my own last year. My husband and I got married at The HideOut in Kirkwood, California on August 23, 2014. Nicole's attention to detail leading up to our wedding and on the day of was absolutely impeccable. She thought of so many things that hadn't even crossed our minds as we were planning our wedding. She took our vision of our perfect wedding weekend and elevated it to a whole other level. The decor she helped us set up was better than I imagined it would be. Nicole took the time to get to know us and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. We met with Nicole twice before our wedding - once at the venue 2 months before and once at a coffee shop a few weeks before. In addition, Nicole and I emailed back and forth a lot working out the details of our big day. She was a tremendous asset to us leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. She made sure our wedding entire day was on schedule and we were in the places we were supposed to be at the correct times. Everything from getting ready to photos to the ceremony, dances, and the cake cutting was seamless and perfectly executed. I HIGHLY recommend her for any couple getting married in Northern California. This is a session that is booked by the hour. The couple meets with a professional wedding coordinator to discuss different aspects of their wedding. This is great for the bride who wants guidance and assurance In the planning process.

Venue Search - $350.00
Need help finding a location for your ceremony and reception? This
service includes a meeting with a professional wedding coordinator to
discuss the type of venue for your perfect day. The wedding coordinator will then search for the different venues, set up meetings to tour each site and help pick the perfect place.

   This package includes an experienced staff  to decorate, coordinate and manage vendors, coordinate the reception, set up/break down the wedding sites, create a wedding day itinerary, direct the ceremony and rehearsal, and so much more.

    This package includes four planning meetings:

  • Initial meeting after contract is signed to discuss all aspects of wedding and provide planning help
  • Venue Meeting (discuss set-up/decoration/décor)
  • 2-3 months before the wedding
  • 1-2 Weeks before the wedding to finalize all details

Something Blue Prints Package - $275.00
A perfect gift for the bride just starting out in the planning process! This service allows the bride to sit down in a 4-5 hour session (broken up over 2 days) with a professional wedding coordinator and have them help design their wedding.  The bride will leave the session with a personalized wedding binder, vendors, theme, budget, etiquette and other wedding essentials.

Full Planning Services - Not Longer Available for 2018

    Planning a wedding can be stressful and intimidating! There are so many details, not to mention all of the time and energy!  Enjoy your day, and leave the details and chaos in the hands of a professional.  This package includes assistance with all aspects of the planning process, as well as an experienced staff to set up, decorate, coordinate vendors, handle emergency situations, run the ceremony, coordinate the reception, break down, and clean up the venue, which allows the couple to relax and be stress free.
